This is a sample of what our NWC looks like! These are streamed every Monday morning at 11AM EST in the TBB 411 page, which you should already be a part of. This is a recent training that I think is a great way to kick off your coaching.

Go ahead and listen. You can find all previous recorded NWCs on their Podcast or under videos on the 411 tab. Remember this business works for YOU, not the other way around! Try and make the LIVE but totally understand that's a weird time for most people! Just make sure you watch it! 

 

HERE IS A SAMPLE OF YOUR DAILY CHECKLIST! THIS SHOULDN'T CHANGE BUT EVENTUALLY YOU WILL ADD MORE AS YOUR BUSINESS GROWS. FOR NOW, FOCUS ON COMPLETING THESE TASKS DAILY. REMEMBER TO TAKE CARE OF YOU FIRST. YOU CAN'T POUR FROM AN EMPTY CUP!!

1. START WORKING WITH YOUR CHOSEN FITNESS PROGRAM. 

2. READ OR LISTEN TO 10 MINUTES OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT DAILY. 

3. FOCUS ON YOUR NUTRITION.

Business Check List

1. DOWNLOAD THE BUSINESS ACTIVITY TRACKER BELOW. THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR WEEKLY TASKS AND YOU WILL UTILIZE THIS AS YOUR BUSINESS GROWS

 

2. MAKE AN INSTAGRAM POST. LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND WHY YOU ARE DOING IT. TIME TO SHARE YOUR WHY! (SEE EXAMPLE BELOW)

 

3.MAKE A LIST OF PEOPLE THAT YOU KNOW AND PEOPLE THAT YOUR BUSINESS CAN SERVE. ALWAYS CONTINUE DEVELOPING YOUR LIST.
