Hello, I'm Mindy Lawhorne.

Mindy Lawhorne is the owner and founder of Team FitLife, Hope in Struggle Podcast Host, Fitness professional, as well as founder of The Bible Babes, a women's online Christian community that gives the glamorous Jesus loving girlie-girl a non-judgmental, zero drama place to share fitness, fashion, glam, and go deeper with God.

She and her two sons live in Texas along with their three schnauzers. She earned a degree in Kinesiology from Midwesten State University and has been teaching and fitness classes and training others for over 30 years.  With a heart for serving others, Mindy is passionate about helping people reach their physical and personal goals. Whether getting into shape or paying off debt, she coaches women on how to embrace their struggles to achieve success, on their terms all the while seeking Christ.

Mindy has been in over 30 consumer and instructor fitness videos and was a presenter for more than 15 years.  She has helped hundreds of people to become instructors and step out of their comfort zone, but she also has been seen on QVC, late night infomercials, and has been a cast-member in many fitness videos.   She and her late husband built a 7-figure online fitness busines where they not only helped others reach their fitness goals, but guided many to reach their income goals through helping others.

She is no stranger to the trials life brings, but this is what makes her so real and relatable. Mindy has walked through divorce, single parenthood, getting buried in and climbing out of debt, remarrying, losing her sister and learning to navigate through the hardships of cancer with her late husband Lee. 

God has shaped Mindy through her struggles and she believes each trial was put in her life for His grand purpose, the good of others and her joy through Him.
