Mindy Lawhorne is the owner and founder of Team FitLife, Hope in Struggle Podcast Host, Fitness professional, as well as founder of The Bible Babes,Ā and the HIS Community.
She and her two sons live in Texas along with their three schnauzers. She earned a degree in Kinesiology from Midwesten State University and has been teaching and fitness classes and training others for over 30 years.Ā With a heart for serving others, Mindy is passionate about helping people reach their physical and personal goals. Whether getting into shape or paying off debt, she coaches women on how to embrace their struggles to achieve success, on their terms all the while seeking Christ.
