Spring Break...

Kids are home.

Family vacation.

Warmer temperatures (at least here in Texas)!!

Maybe you need to fit into a swimming suit. Maybe you need to increase your energy to get through a full week with the kids ;)

The 21 Day fitness program that we will be using is the perfect answer for both...quick, effective workouts (only 30 minutes!) PLUS a daily eating plan--and accountability and encouragement in a private group!

We start February 20th!! 

**This group is for non-coaches, those not currently working with another coach, or those NEW to Beachbody programs.**
