Today I want to share an awesome article I read last week about how to prevent muscle soreness.

I have many customers who can't stand to be sore and I want to give as much info as possible. However, I do have many who LOVE it and I'm pretty sure I fall in that category, too.

1- Stretch
2- Foam Roll 
3- Massage sore spots
4- Eat for Fast Recovery (something smart, of course)
5- Get heated (increase core temp)
6- Fatty Acids
7- Keep moving or workout asap again
8- Ice it
