Focus and Determination

Funny how our focus determines our attitude and how optimism determines our success. I love training the coaches our our team to think differently. I always tell them that we can use our personal struggles to help others understand the power of choice.
Lee is walking proof of this power. He refuses to let his cancer diagnosis slow him down. The type of cancer that he has allows him to stay healthy and fit through nutrition and exercise, but he could have used his diagnosis as an excuse to not workout and to eat whatever he wanted. But he didn't. He is determined to be healthy for himself and for our family. He is a wonderful example to our boys of chasing after what truly matters!
