Do you love chips and dip?

I'm not sure who doesn't! The unfortunate side is that they usually contain high fat, high calories ingredients that make us maybe, just maybe want a margarita to go with it! Right!?!?

Is there a healthier way to dip? Are there better avenues without us having to stop it for all time? I believe there is and here is one of my favorite things! 34 Degrees Wafers!

These are super light, perfect for Hummus, brie, maybe even a little salsa and you can have about 10 for 50 calories! So you can have 20 for 100! (if you think like I do). These are a mainstay at my house and they have so few ingredients they are defiantly a better choice for getting that crunch in.

You can find these at Walmart & Target (in the deli section), Central Market, Whole Foods, Albertson and Kroger.

More flavors than this one, but our favorites are NATURAL and WHOLE GRAINS.
