Introductions!

I love when social media accounts give an introduction. Even though we may have followed them for years, we really don't know their story,  until they share.

So here goes...

My name is Mindy & I grew up the last of five kids.  My nickname was C.C. which stood for "chubby cheeks".  Not a fun name to grow up with but it was all part of God's purpose.😉 After graduating college, I began to teach fitness classes simply because I was trying to lose weight, I loved music & the classes were fun!🎤💃🏻🎤

I began to dig a little bit deeper, teaching more classes, getting certified to be a personal trainer & learning more about nutrition. Which led me to 24 Hour Fitness which led me to become a Presenter.  (This is where you teach people HOW to teach others. ) I would recruit others to my trainings, both near & far, & many times, throwing them in the back of my car and taking them with me on my trip.  I loved every minute of it. 😜

All the while, I was a mom and a wife. I then became a single mom & eventually met a man at a funeral, of all places, that I pretty much knew was "the guy".  He immediately told me that he had cancer.  That fact didn't change anything & Lee and I were married about a year later.

Working to learn past all my insecurities, negative thoughts & areas where I lacked talent, I knew God had a purpose with it all. I felt like Lee's cancer was a gift because it changed our perspective & has given us so much more purpose to this day!

After having my second son, Lee & I signed up for a discount that was associated w/ a business that we never really thought would go anywhere.  HOWEVER, it totally did! Fast-forward 9️⃣  years, Lee is retired & we live such a different life that's now focused on helping others reach goals, lose weight & push through the same things we did & we started a small ministry. We lead with faith, daily consistent things and accountability.   We are always looking for amazing & energetic people to join us on this journey.  If that interests you 🙋🏼 Let's TALK! 🙋🏼
