Who says you have to jump, grunt, strain, and punish your body to get amazing results from your workout? Not with PiYo…PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. Many are familiar with the home version of PiYo (which I was blessed to participate in the filming of), but I first began teaching PiYo in the gym and ended up losing that last 8lbs that I just couldn't with my other cardio. It was apparent I needed something different to add to my workout to make that change and PiYo did that for me! And I believe it can work for you to!! Really, it's a workout that's for everybody- all ages, fitness levels, and genders. All we have to be is willing. The strength comes, I promise!!
