Water, water, water!!

Drinking water is something that we tend to take for granted. A whole day will pass and you might realize that you've had no more than one glass! But, did you know that you are missing out on so much more than just hydration? Drinking water everyday, all day, offers so many benefits to your health. Here are a few to think about:

I rarely drink anything but water on a daily basis (I'll have the occasional hot tea on cold days). I find that always having a water bottle near me helps me hit my daily water goal (1 gallon). 

Up for a challenge?? Choose a 32 oz water bottle and fill it up 4 times a day...that's 1 gallon. You can easily break that into four time frames during the day. So, let's get drinking! (water, that is!!)
