I love working out outside. It gets a bit more difficult as the weather heats up here in Texas, but being outside helps me push and break a good sweat!

PS - the last shot only took me 52 takes 😉 bloopers will have to be shared.

Here's the workout:
- I started with Turbo Round 67 (TurboKick or Turbo Jam would work too) (40-ish minutes)
- Jump Rope 10min total (stop & start)
- 30 Burpee Push-ups
- 50 Tricycle Abs (ouch!)- you can use anything with wheels for this, really :)
- 20 Sets - Squat, reverse lunge, squat, bowlers Lunge
- 30 Basketball Push-ups
- 🏀 52 Behind the head Shots to get ONE in!!
