10-12 Reps per Movement; repeat 2x:

Alternating Overhead Press
Out & In Bicep Curls
Tricep Kickback

Deep Swimmer Press
Alternating Bicep Curl
Tricep Dips

Upright Row
Static Bicep Curls
Flip Grip Tricep

Lying Tricep Extensions
Squaring Bicep Curls
2 Angle Shoulder Fly

Lateral Raise Font and Side
Bicep to Hammer Curl
Side Tri Rise

This workout is sure to make your arms burn!! I used 8-15 lbs and Lee used 20-55 lbs.
